Ingredients for 4 people
50 g chopped onion
20 g of fresh herbs
2 cups milk
100 g pecorino cheese
1 tablespoon flour
8 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper to taste
In a skillet saute the onion with 8 tablespoons of oil.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the milk and let thicken everything.
Grate the cheese and melt into the sauce, let alone a lot as a sauce over pasta and decoration before serving.
